ABOUT US
Tom and Jim
Lalli are the principals of Five Star Sports Group. The company was founded to
foster the growth of lacrosse and player development in New Jersey’s Capital
Region. Both have been involved in lacrosse for a long time. Jim and his wife
Stephanie were part of the original group that founded Lightning Lacrosse in
West Windsor in 1992. Back then, Jim enrolled players, scheduled games, raised
money, coached and represented the program at the state meetings. Both of his
sons played for Lightning and have gone on to play at the college level.
Currently Jim helps coach a regional elite lacrosse team at summer
tournaments.
Tom took an active roll in Lightning as Jim was leaving. He has worn many hats in the program. He has been a coach at all ages levels, coordinated field use and referee assignments. He also represented the program at the state youth lacrosse governing body. His three children are all lacrosse players.
Cory Easter is a Five Star Board Member and the Girl's Summer Lacrosse Director. Cory has been involved in all aspects of lacrosse from his playing days to his involvement with Lightning Lacrosse and The Bobby Campbell Lacrosse Foundation. The Bobby Campbell Foundation is the guiding force behind the Trenton Bridge Lacrosse organization. Cory's children are lacrosse players with Lightning Lacrosse.
